Care to Consider |
Egyptian Cotton |
Cotton from Egypt prized for its long staple and lustrous, strong fibers.
Staple Length |
The length of a fiber when measured in a straightened condition. |
Terry |
A fabric featuring uncut loops, on one or both sides, which enhance its drying capability.
The loop surfaces are referred to as “pile.”
Modal |
Modal is made from 100% natural beechwood to produce an incredibly strong and super
absorbent fiber.
Velour |
Produced by brushing and shearing terry loops to create a soft, thick, short nap.
Laundering |
Wash similar colors together with soft water and detergent but not fabric softeners,
which contain silicones that actually repel water.
Deep colors should be washed separately.
Avoid detergents that contain brighteners and whiteners as these will affect the
color of your towels.
Avoid contact with bleach and bleach-related products. These will remove color from
your towels permanently and can be present in facial cleansers, cosmetics, skin
treatments and bathroom cleaners.
Drying |
Tumble drying on a medium heat will give towels the softest finish. |
