How can I pay?

Christy offers secure and instant credit and debit card payments with our partner Sage Pay. Please note that the payment will be validated and your card will be debited when you confirm the order.

How do I use a discount code?

Please enter your discount code in the appropriate box on the ‘Checkout’ page once you have entered your billing and shipping address. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, and are not valid on sale or Wimbledon items.

How do I check the status of an order?

Although we endeavour to deliver all orders within five working days if you haven't received your items within this time please email sales@christy-home.com and we'll be happy to confirm the status of your order.

How do I cancel an order?
