SHIPPING

Standard US Shipping charges;

Orders under $50 shipping are charged at $6.95.

Orders over $50 shipping is free.

We estimate that orders placed for items that are in stock with arrive with you within 3-5 business days (business days are classed as Monday – Friday and exclude public holidays).

RETURNS

How do I arrange a return?

Please email customerservice@christylinens.com with your order number and details of the items you would like to return and we will get back to you with a Returns Authorisation Code.

Alternatively call 1-800-261-6326.

Without a Returns Authorisation Code the item will not be accepted by our warehouse and will be returned to sender.

Please ensure you return the item via a tracked delivery service and retain your proof of delivery note.

Once the items have been received and inspected we are able to process a refund to the card you paid with. Unfortunately we are unable to refund any postage costs.

How do I return my items?

Please re-package the item securely and complete and enclose the returns label that arrived with your dispatch note.

Please ensure you obtain a free certificate of postage from your postal service carrier and retain. We can only become responsible for your parcel once it has arrived back in our warehouse and items missing in the post will not be treated as returned.

What if my item is faulty?

On the rare and disappointing occasion that you receive an item that is faulty and you have identified it within 30 days from receipt please follow our normal returns procedure and ensure to inform us that the item is faulty when you request your Returns Authorisation Code. We will refund postage costs incurred on any item that is found to be faulty.

Please ensure that you read our product care guides carefully as we will not be able to accept returns on items where they have not be cared for in accordance with care labels, or if the product is damaged due to wear and tear or misuse.

How long will it take to process my return?

Once we have received returned items in our warehouse we will aim to process the return within 72 business hours.

Please note any refunds processed may take 3-5 business days to appear on your card.
